PUR Straight Cable

Our company produce the PUR jacket wires and retractable cables that have many special features that the the traditional cables don't: high wear resistance, high slitting-resistant strength, high flexibility and good weather resistance, good thermal ageing and Hydrolysis resistant performance , resistant to microbial invasion, and so on.  Main products : spiral cables, drag chain cables, sensors and encoder cables, servo motor cables, shielded control cables and power cables.
 (1)heat-resistant performance
 short-term working temperature:  -40 C to 120 C .  Long-term working temperature is up to 90 C.  The temperature is also applicable to spiral cable
 (2)hydrolysis-resistant performance
 Excellent hydrolysis resistant performance is the essential requirements to cables. If temperature increases, hydrolyze more . The Arrhenius graph of the product indicates It has good hydrolytic stability.  20N/mm is the  minimum strength requirements generally accepted in cable industry.  The graph indicates only after immersion in the 72 C water for 20,000 hours will its strength be reduced to 20 N / mm.
 (3)weather resistant performance
 Under normal circumstances, the sun's ultraviolet radiation and sunlight  embrittle the products and bleach the surface.  Mechanical properties will get worse drastically.  However, by adding UV stabilizer and Toner, we can effectively improve the performance.  Polyether jacket model of PU cable has good resistance to the ozone, to meet the requirements of VDE 472-805.
 (4)microbial resistant properties
 Polyether jacket model of PUR cable has good resistance to the microbe .  According to DIN 57472 (VDE 472-804) standards, polyether model product's saponification value are lower than 200 mg KOH / g, and meet the requirements of VDE 0282-10.  It won't be eroded by microbe.
 (5)combustion properties
 The cable industry generally adopt test B of VDE ¡ì 804 standards .  Auto industry require the cable to meet the requirements of FMVSS 302 standards (U.S. Federal motor vehicle safety standards).  All the cable materials of PU cable can meet those requirements.  UL 94 is an important universal international standards.  PUR cable materials (non-fire-retardant-class products) meet HB grade.  PUR cable materials all can meet DIN 57472-813 (combustion gases corrosiveness) requirements.
 (6) properties of the resistance to grease and acid and alkali material
 Generally speaking, PUR cable have excellent resistance to grease.  But some additives in the grease may affect the performance of cables.  Even contact with grease in the 100 C condition for a few weeks, PUR cable still has good resistance to oil.  The resistance to acid and alkali liquid is limited. It can only be resistant to dilute acid and alkali liquid for a short term.
